Shipping
Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown within the auction listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.
We try and ship everything out to you as soon as possible and as soon as payment has been cleared. All items we list on eBay are in stock at our warehouse. We use bubble post bags or suitable mail bags for protection on all items.
If you place an order before 1 PM, Monday-Friday we normally ship the same day. If you place an order during weekend or holiday period we will ship the next working day. The shipment to UK addresses usually takes 1-3 working days. Please note: Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver the item within so please wait 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.
Unfortunately once Royal Mail collect items from us we lose any influence and control over their delivery. We ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within a reasonable length of time then please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@jsg-online.co.uk so we can look into it for you. If you require a purchased item to arrive quickly we recommend you choose a guaranteed next day delivery service.
When placing your order please make sure that your full correct address is provided at the checkout as we cannot be held liable for any failed deliveries due to an incorrect address been provided.
HANDLING & PACKAGING:
We package and label all items very professionally so that they arrive undamaged and use new (recycled cardboard) boxes and biodegradable fill (chippings) whenever possible.
